Responsibilities
- Responsible in maintaining all facilities systems/fit out works for an commercial building.
- Handling of Fire alarm system in case of emergency and isolating fire system for construction works for certain zone in the building before and after work in-progress.
- Liaising and attending all the tenancy concerns.
- Find way to rectify building common area faulty issues of lights plus water control
- Liaising and supervising vendors and contractors on installation work
Requirements
- Min N Level or Nitec in Engineering
- Possess relevant experience with supporting tenants from grade A commercial offices is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Direct Management owner
