Responsibilities:
- To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR Business Partnering functions
- Support New Hire Day 1 onboarding administrative activities
- P-File updating and maintenance – New Hires / Existing Employees / Resignees
- To assist in the consolidation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters, onboarding and offboarding documents)
- Maintenance of Company’s property – e.g., office/ computer equipment, premise access system
- End-to-end requisition and distribution of uniform / safety shoes issuance
- Assist in the organizing of various company activities, team building, employee engagement, etc.
- End to end recruitment activities, which includes interview coordination
- SAP man-hour closing
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
