Customer Service
Salary: SGD 2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Working Location: Ubi
Job Descriptions:
- To handle both local and overseas sales enquiries and quotation.
- To update and reply to enquiries through emails and media chats (e.g. Wechat, Whatsapp) promptly.
- To maintain good relationship with current clients with service updates
- To arrange appointments and prepare business proposal and materials to customers.
- To manage customer feedbacks and suggest corrective actions
Job requirements
- With air & sea freight working experience is preferably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel.
- Experience in logistics software application will be an added advantage.
