1. JOB SUMMARY, PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
l Responsible for the online omni-channel cooperation of Marine Online, online and offline traffic work, and responsible for the results and business indicators;
l Responsible for online channel cooperation in various industries, and various forms of cooperation such as placement, traffic, and cooperation sharing, and efficient resource replacement and traffic cooperation negotiations;
l Responsible for the diversion work of offline channels, focusing on expanding the cooperation of resources including classification societies, port authorities, maritime safety bureaus, industry associations, etc.;
l Responsible for the development of major customers, focusing on the development of platform users such as shipowners and cargo owners, and responsible for business indicators;
2. JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCY
l College degree or above, majoring in shipping, marketing, and business management;
l At least 5 years of sales experience in digitial marketing, B2C or B2B;
l More than 3 years of team management experience, able to lead the team to motivate the team to work under pressure and achieve the expected results, and be responsible for the results;
l Have a startup company mindset and have the ability to withstand pressure.
l Fluent in both Chinese and English, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
