Accountant

Responsibilities:

(Accounts)

1. Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions for a few entities
2. Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission.
3. Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
4. Ensure accounting operations are carried out in accordance to internal accounting procedures
5. Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
6. Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

(Admin)

1. Admin records update and filing
2. Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
3. Daily update of instalment payments and make reminder calls to overdue hirer.
4. Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree preferred, ACCA/CPA are welcome.
2. Experience in Hire Purchase and Block Discount.
3. Experience in automotive industry preferred.

Salary: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
