The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with Bank Tellers/ Customer Service Representatives
- Focus: Over the counter transactions
- Office Location:Islandwide Banking Branches
- 3 weeks training in either East/ West
- Working Hours: 8.10am - 5pm or 9.40am - 6.30pm, Saturday between 8.30am -3pm
The Job
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
- Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Prospect banking products and services to customers
- Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
The Talent
- No Experiences required (diploma/degree)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong commitment to the job and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in banking branch or in customer service is a strong advantage
- Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers
- IT savvy
- Experienced with Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
