Description:

  • Report directly to Area Manager.
  • Assist in operations of daycare centres as a business including active ageing services, with an understanding of P&L.
  • Contributes to the organization and creating versatility in knowledge and skills sets.
  • Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
  • Strong case resolution skills to resolve client feedback and complaints on promised actions and that client needs are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • At all times ensure highest level of care is given to the patients according to regulations, SOPs and best practices.
  • Work closely with other centre managers to ensure that all MOH service requirements in financial and quality aspects are strictly adhered to through rigorous and constant internal checks.
  • Assist in staff rostering and management whenever required.
  • Participate & represent on behalf of the company’s services with confidence.
  • Respond to emergencies, and conduct investigations on incidents and preventive actions.
  • Any other adhoc tasks delegated by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or any other fields are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants with operational backgrounds in other industries such as hospitality are welcome to apply.
  • 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.
  • Preferably minimum 3 years in operational management role.
  • Experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry would be good to have.
  • Hands-on and enjoys community setting.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT.
  • Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable).
  • Singaporean & PR only.
