Your Career

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role focused on Non-US Immigration and Relocation, with a primary focus on the JAPAC region, including Singapore, Australia, and India. The position may also involve providing support in the EMEA region. We require a candidate with significant expertise in JAPAC immigration processes.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Global Mobility, encompassing immigration, relocation, and preferably tax considerations. While expertise is crucial, we value team players who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills are encouraged.

As a key point of contact, you will handle day-to-day inquiries regarding immigration, relocation, and related processes from internal stakeholders such as foreign nationals, HR, Legal, and managers. We encourage an open-minded approach, welcoming your ideas for enhancing our global mobility program. Above all, we believe in having fun while working hard.

Your Impact

  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end immigration processes across JAPAC, with a focus on specific country regulations (e.g., Singapore and India)
  • Serve as the primary contact for People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team to assess sponsorship requirements for potential candidates
  • Manage new hire immigration cases, collaborating with external partners and setting and managing expectations
  • Oversee work authorisation for existing employees, handling amendments, extensions, and permanent residency
  • Communicate timelines effectively to all involved parties, including employees, managers, People Business Partners, and the Global Mobility and Immigration (GMI) Team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and own internal processes for permanent residency requirements
  • Develop clear and user-friendly policy documents outlining procedures, requirements, and expectations
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of immigration data in systems such as Workday
  • Provide information and guidance on immigration regulations to internal partners, candidates, and teams
  • Be the point of contact for People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team regarding relocation benefits and needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relocation partners and sub-vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and implement automation for improved efficiency
  • Provide ongoing training and updates on relocation benefits and immigration matters to relevant stakeholders
