- Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
- Study financial details in supporting documents
- Verify financial details against supporting documents
- Amend incorrect financial details and update passed status
- Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval
- Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading
- Advise applicant on submission of GSR online
- Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
- Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment
- Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA
- Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
