Product & Marketing Development Manager

Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:

  • Identify and assess market trends and customer preferences.
  • Develop and enhance travel packages and itineraries to meet client demands. ·
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure favorable terms for products and services.


2. Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and execute marketing plans to promote travel packages.
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.


3. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.


4. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Produce and present to Management a monthly result


5. Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing and product development teams.


6. Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and marketing within the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with inbound travel market dynamics
