Banking exp needed (finance & pmo)
PMO Analyst
• Financial Analyst
• SME in contract lifecycle management workflow and systems, including risk and governance processes (e.g. RFx, CMP, ORR) within the dept
1. Requirements:
1.1. Tertiary education, with at least 2 years’ experience on project financial reporting
1.2. Preferably with some working experience on procurement-related / contractual matters in a technology setting
1.3. Preferably possesses subject matter knowledge on RFx processes, including contract initiations and reviews (knowledge on common contractual clauses and terminologies) to ensure,
1.3.1. Any risk is mitigated and/or managed in timely fashion,
1.3.2. Contract Owner is not disadvantaged by any of the clauses
1.3.3. Internal/external regulatory and governance processes are complied with
1.4. Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data
1.5. Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
1.6. Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
1.7. Must be firm and be able to communicate with senior managers on concerns or raise issues in an appropriate manner
1.8. Excellent in MS Excel and familiar with Office 365 applications
1.9. Experience in using Coupa or any procurement system would be advantageous
1.10. Familiarity with project financials advantageous
