Overall Responsibilities:
As the Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of security plans and exercises within the premises. Your responsibilities include direct supervision of the security team, rostering, and deployment coordination. You'll also contribute to incident reporting, maintaining discipline, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist building management in implementing security plans and exercises.
· Directly supervise the security team, including rostering and deployment coordination.
· Manage and report incidents within the premises.
· Uphold the discipline and integrity of the security team.
· Ensure adherence to security plans, protocols, and SOPs.
· Collaborate with Fire Safety Management during drills and incidents.
· Perform access control, pass exchange, and access card management.
· Conduct security surveillance and patrols, including CCTV monitoring.
· Verify authorization for personnel on the premises.
· Manage and report incidents.
· Oversee the compound's cleanliness and activate janitorial assistance as needed.
· Report breakdowns of facilities or machinery items.
· Welcome and greet arriving tenants/guests professionally.
· Handle phone and walk-in inquiries.
· Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to tenants/guests.
· Address complaints and suggestions in a courteous manner.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of available services and facilities for tenants/guests.
Requirements:
· Able to commit to Shift Work
· Proven experience in security supervision.
· Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle incidents professionally and efficiently.
· Attention to detail in access control and surveillance.
· Customer service orientation.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints.
· Flexibility to perform various duties as assigned.
