As Product Owner key responsibilities include::
- Establishing product vision and strategy.
- Prioritizing and managing the product roadmap.
- Planning development and implementation timelines.
- Effectively managing the product backlog.
- Assuming accountability for the entire development process.
- Defining and coordinating the release process across functions.
- Managing dependencies within and across releases.
- Spearheading the creative ideation process.
- Ensuring rigorous quality control and optimal product performance.
- Conducting competitive analysis and collaborating with Marketing.
- Developing comprehensive support and training documentation.
As an Agile Coach, key responsibilities include:
- Empower both management and scrum teams with a product/design/agile mindset.
- Enhance processes for increased visibility, productivity, and profitability within scrum teams.
- Facilitate efficient Sprint events (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
- Foster a culture of courage, focus, openness, respect, and commitment.
- Empower self-organizing teams with transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Advocate for adoption of relevant agile practices (Scrum, Agile, Product Management, Design Thinking, Lean, XP, RDBM, etc.).
- Coach on frameworks, techniques, & tools to optimize processes and create high-value products.
- Guide Product Owner on product management aspects (vision & strategy, product lifecycle, MVP, roadmap, risk & mitigation, prioritization, and refinement of product backlog).
- Coach Product Owner on effective requirements elicitation (business, business rule, user, functional, non-functional).
- Facilitate expression of requirements as user stories, use cases, storyboarding, or wireframing for rapid validation with stakeholders.
- Guide the team in adopting agile testing and development practices (BDD, TDD, ATDD, & CI/CD).
- Facilitate qualitative and quantitative research within the team.
- Stay current with emerging agile practices, techniques, and tools to enhance team value.
Job Specifications / Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Coach
- Must have high empathy and creativity to solve many day-to-day impediments.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and Mandarin with regional distributed teams.
- Must effectively evaluate situations to answer business questions and create value.
- Candidates with the following skillsets will be considered favorably:
- Certified ScrumMaster or Agile Coach with globally recognize bodies such as Scrum Alliance
- Knowledge of supply chain process
- Knowledge of design & product thinking
- Experience with complex logistics systems such as WMS
