This is a 2-year contract with our client. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible to all activities related to IT Network and Infrastructure. This role would also require you to travel to different sites when necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Be in-charge of property operations which includes infrastructure and property systems (eg, public wifi) for different buildings and external environment.
- Define the project's scope, create and sustain a project plan that includes resource estimates, timelines, and budget requirements, all the while setting deadlines.
- Take charge of delivering projects as specified in the project scope, meeting both project budget and timeline constraints.
- Work with internal IT team and external vendors to ensure the prompt delivery of their deliverables and efficiency of business support
Job Requirements
- Experience in supporting property IT operations
- Cisco network products, eg. configuration of devices like Cisco ASA/FTD firewall, routers and switches.
- Classless subnetting, TC/IP protocols and layers of OSI model
- Fault isolation and break-fix for network issues
- Experience in supporting End User Technology across multiple geographies
- Certification in ITIL, PMP/CITPM or CCNA is a plus
- Knowledge on the following would be a bonus - Meraki, HP network products, & SDWAN
