about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
- Provide costing to sales person on new projects
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 4 years working experience in a Medtech / Pharma / Medical Manufacturing / Commercial environment
- Experience in handling Letters of Credit, knowledge of import/export control, certificates of origin including liaise with Chambers of Commerce for certification
- Experience handling order of SKU 6000 or more will be a plus
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
