Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Create shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings
- Review design specifications, measurements and drawings to participate in the process of solving on site problems or design changes
- Develop details in coordination with Project Team, vendors and factories to ensure quality and accurate drawings
- Set up and maintain all CAD drawings in a standard format to ensure consistency and readability
- Involve in preparation of tender details and presentation to clients. Attend site / project meetings with consultants and contractors
- Complete other design related assignments and special projects as assigned by management
- Ability to create 3D drawings is an advantage
Skills, Experience, Competencies, Requirements
- Candidate must possess relevant Diploma or Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in drafting
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, proactive and result-oriented
- Experienced in AutoCad
