Job Description
- In charge of payroll and on-boarding processes
- Managing e-leave, HR and MM systems
- Managing financial administration activities for the HR team
- Dealing with MOM matters, regarding pass renewals, cancellations and updates
- Internal reporting relating to corporate social responsibilities activities and payroll audits
- Participating in HR projects i.e HR process automation
The Successful Applicant
- HR admin experience, especially payroll
- Microsoft Office is important, especially Excel
- Look to automate things, take on projects (i.e improvement on medical insurance)
