Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm. Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
Salary: $2700-$3000
Job Description:
• Processing payroll and other HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Providing general administrative support to other team members, such as preparing reports and presentations, filing documents, and organizing files
• Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
• Degree in any field
• Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
• Good coordination and communication skills
