Job description:
The successful candidate will support a group of Managers and responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the Managers in the assigned portfolio
- Process expense claims, receipts and invoices for assigned Professional Staff
- Upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis
- Prepare invoices and billing documents in relation to clients
- Provide status updates on files/reports and track progress using in-house database
- Manage the logistics support for events, training and activities within the division
- Assist in ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Min GCE O level or equivalent in any discipline
- Willing to learn in-house software
- Knowledge of software such as SAP, SAP Concur, Sharepoint, Salesforce would be advantageous
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office (well-versed in Microsoft Excel is a plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
