Job Description:
- Attend meeting with client's representative and consultants and sub-contractors
- Review project specifications, architectural planning, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinates with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters
- Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/ shop drawings, as built etc) in relation to the project ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
- Minimum 5 years' experience in LTA projects and managing transit archi works of similar scale, complexity and nature of work and shell have experience in managing interfaces and coordinator works, design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process
- Oversee all architectural works on site, ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment
- To undertake specific task/assignment as and when directed by the management ad-hoc work as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA projects
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
