Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the testing (ELISA/HPLC/LCMSMS) results are reported to the customer by the due date to
maintain customer satisfaction and accreditation
• Ensure compliance with quality control (QC) requirements, in particular with requirements of
ISO17025 and GMP+ to support accreditation activities of the laboratory by maintaining daily QC logs
and equipment record books to ensure traceability and etc.
• Enter data into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and perform data pack review
functions to ensure completion and accuracy of all data entered prior to final signing and reporting of
the Analytical Services test report to customer
• Maintain and repair equipment within field of responsibility in response to outages, nonconformances,
or issues that adversely impact the quality of customer data related to customer orders of
the laboratory
• Assist in placing orders (lab consumables, spare parts, etc.) and verifying receipts with suppliers to
keep laboratory supplies ready by inventory
• Conduct troubleshooting on analytical methods in response to internal non-conformance
investigations or customer complaints to ensure compliance to laboratory standards
• Develop and validate new analytical methods for use within the laboratory for analysis of customer
samples to drive revenue
• Execute other activities when delegated by the supervisor regarding needs of the Analytical Services
Laboratory
• Train new staff in their respective field within the Analytical Services Laboratory to both ensure
employees are ready and capable of performing all analytical methods are followed through according
to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the laboratory
• Coordinate cleaning, sterilise equipment, work area and ensure proper waste management
Our Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry, Biological Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of laboratory experience in HPLC, LCMSMS, and ELISA
• Experienced in Vitamin, Enzyme Activities and other food & feed safety testing is preferred
• Possess analytical skills with an eye for details
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
