Responsibilities:
- Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
- Ensure day-to-day operation activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure the outlet’s operation is aligned with the company's SOP at all times
- Leading outlet to achieve sales target
- Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
- Handle customer enquiries
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
