Your main responsibilities will include swiftly addressing and resolving service-related feedback, guided by our organization’s service performance indicators. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate hospital-wide service committees and workgroups, focusing on enhancing service levels and preserving our organization’s service culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prompt resolution and closure of service-related feedback.
- Facilitation and coordination of hospital-wide service committees and workgroups.
- Assistance in creating and maintaining data dashboards for feedback indicators, tracking service satisfaction, feedback trends, and patterns for system change initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications or service quality, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional team player and effective communicator.
- Creativity, high motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision amidst tight timelines.
- Training in data management and analytics will be considered an advantage.
