6 Months Accounts Receiveable Assistant
Location: Novena
Working days/hours: 5 days/month (42.5h/month)
Pay: $15/hr
Job Scope:
- Maintain AR system in Excel
- Update AR system with invoices
- Perform receipting of cheques and internet transfer in AR system
- Perform Accounts and Bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly AR status report
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries
- Send/Email Statement of Accounts to our customers
- Follow up with customers for any amount outstanding
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Accounting
- Prior relevant experience would be advantageous
