Responsibilities:
· Responsible for a full spectrum of marketing functions including marketing communication, public relations, and product branding for brand awareness.
· Managing the administrative tasks, including coordinating, and managing PR-related activities such as media pitching, press release writing and distribution, handling media queries, media hosting, media drop, and the stewarding of media relationships.
· Assist in developing key opinion leader (KOL) outreach programs for company key source markets, including the planning of KOL collaborations and engagements.
· Promote organization brand via digital paid engagement (e.g., influencer engagement, youtubers, podcasters, KOLs), based on the countries’ communication strategies to maximize key message delivery to the target audience.
· Develop marketing communication planning, strategy, and budget.
· Preparation of Public Relations collaterals and execution of all social media activities.
· Implement effective digital and mobile campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
· In charge of designing content, implementing strategies, and managing all social media channels such as TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to drive company and brand awareness by focusing on different channels and audiences.
· Collect online and internal feedback regarding branding projects to improve the campaign approach and effectiveness in increasing brand awareness and affinity.
· Monitor, analyses and communicate Public Relations results.
· Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines.
· Experience in a marketing communications, public relations, social media, digital marketing, or digital advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency or campaign planning and execution.
· Proven project management skills, ability to influence, and relationship management.
· Aptitude for creative problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· At least 2-3 years of marketing experience
· Prior working experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness or any other FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
