They are looking to a passionate Sales Manager to build relationships in the industry and grow their business and clientele, based in Singapore.
The Role:
- Establishing excellent relationships with fine wine buyers, helping them grow their wine collections
- Activating, retaining and developing clients and delivering on monthly sales targets
- Ensuring high level of customer service; meeting frequently with clients in person
- Managing invoices and payments from clients
- Keeping on top of market trends and product knowledge within wines and spirits
- Using leads and growing network to truly understand client needs and delivering the best service
- Working with other departments to ensure the best process and customer service
Your Experience and profile:
- Proven sales and account management experience, ideally within a relevant industry
- WSET level 3 and above for product knowledge on wines and spirits
- A strong passion for fine wine and specialist knowledge on the industry
- Excellent communicator
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
