Process Mining & Operations Manager for NPM Purchasing Solutions

Job Requirements:

As a member of our global NPM Purchasing Solutions team you will be responsible for the orchestration of the global NPM purchase to receipt systems support and to drive activities and projects around the purchasing processes & tools for indirect purchasing at Continental.

You drive efficiency, compliance and smooth processes for all impacted stakeholder groups by,

  • On one side, continuous improvement of service and consultancy provided as well as for the supported tools and for the interfaces
  • On the other side, and also within other systems (SAP mainly) by managing activities derived from Process Mining analysis

In this function you are in direct contact to the global purchasing community, different user groups, stakeholders in the P2P process, suppliers and represent the interface to the IT department.

Process Mining

  • Driving the overall Process Mining implementation from business perspective
  • Representation from business on process mining implementation
  • Global steering on analysis of business processes, identification of improvement potential
  • Ensure creation of business specifications based on business requirements for use cases implementation and coordinate it
  • Ensuring synergies between business, IT and manage involved providers

CEOS Operation Management

  • Team Lead for CEOS EMEA Support Team in Romania
  • Responsible on the coordination of global CEOS support organization for provision of 2nd level user support
  • Process analysis, development on processes and coordinate its global implementation
  • Analysis of service and system performance, initiate and coordinate continuous improvements
  • KPI, Reporting, monitoring and problem management

Project Management

  • Project management for CEOS, SAP and process related activities for global NPM Purchasing
  • Ensure global implementation, rollout and communication of standard purchasing processes & tools
  • Communication and exchange with the different global customer groups

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in IT, engineering or economics;
  • Professional experience in purchasing and/or knowledge / experience in strategic and operational purchasing processes;
  • Knowledge of purchasing related tools as SAP-MM, SAP-SRM, catalog software, etc. helpful;
  • Business fluent in English, basic German is a plus
  • Experience in an international environment beneficial;
  • Analytical and process thinking, technical understanding;
  • Customer orientation; good communication skills;
  • Ability to convince others; ability to work independently
