Job Description
· Manage clients’ relations, build & develop contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with the clients
· Responsible for planning and implementing penetration strategies and achieving sales targets
· Track, monitor and analyse products and sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
· Actively identify and explore new client leads, manage and grow existing client base
· Gather and analyse market data, customer and competitor information
· Work with Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing initiatives in order to achieve sales targets
To excel in this role, the candidate should possess the following requirements
• Must be able
• At least 4-5 years of working and field sales experience in the veterinary or medical sales roles
• Good command of English
• Confidence and effective communication skills is essential
• Ability to plan and work independently
• Good observation skills
• Exercise logical thinking with good knowledge on market condition & reality
• Willingness to take charge and take ownership of accounts
• Ability to stay calm, even when pushed into a corner
• Must be a thick skinned individual
