Our Client:

Our client is the manufacturer of the world well-known Cream Puff. Their Cream Puff was founded and had its first store opened in 1999. They have added more unique desserts and baked goods to our selection and many other premium desserts offering for us to operate sweets shops and Food restaurants in 17 countries worldwide.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, C&B, Talent Management, HR systems, and Employee Relations
  • Develop effective organizational development strategy and agility in HR management to support the company's growth & needs
  • Identify the F&B manpower issues and implement an effective recruitment strategy to improve the quality of hire
  • Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
  • Conduct market research and analyze current trends to inform strategic HR decision-making
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership as a strategic partner

The Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Possesses expertise in the market, talent, and salary trends
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the F&B or manufacturing sector will be considered favourably
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
