Bethel Community Services is looking for dedicated and passionate Case Coordinator (Social Work Associate) under Career Conversion Programme for Social Workers to support the social workers of the organisation to plan and execute commnunity-based social services and outreach programs of the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute programs that support the organization’s objectives
- Assist social workers with case management
- Market programs and activities to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manage communication and build relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee and ensure overall integrity of the program
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the centre manager
Requirement
- Prior experience in the Social Service sector or volunteering experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Have a passion for the community
- Able to work independently and be a teamplayer
- Able to think out of the box to resolve issues given limited resources
- Prepared to work irregular hours and some weekends on occasion
