The Sales Coordinator roles entails:
• Order processing – to prepare sales documents, such as sales orders, invoices, DO, Packing List, etc. with accuracy at the right time.
• Coordinate with logistics team by managing schedules, organizing important documents, and effectively communicating relevant information for goods delivery.
• Communication with factories and customers for goods order and delivery.
• Sales reports in MS Office Word and Excel.
• Customers interaction – act as point of contact to address inquiries, provide information, and resolving issues promptly.
• To liaise with customers for outstanding invoices payment.
• Maintain and organize sales documentation records.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborative personality.
• Good communication skills and able to multi task well.
