Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification Required: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
You need to have a passion in client service and you have a good eye for details. You should enjoy continual learning and is often excited over new technologies.
- Knowledge of SAP software a plus.
- Process an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to speak and write in fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Team attitude and ability to work with a variety of skillsets and autonomously.
- Detail-oriented, organized with solid time-management experience and able to work under time pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Daily finance operations (include payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions).
- Prepare bills and send to customers
- Timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into accounting system.
- Posting of month-end closing journal entries.
- Perform month-end accounting schedule
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of quarterly VAT reconciliation for submission
- Support year end audits
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
