Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
2.Responsible on relationships building and researching the market and related products
3.Maintain relationships with travel agents & corporate client by providing support, information and guidance.
4.Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service.
5.Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information
6.Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by travel agents
7.Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and administrative routine portfolio matter
8.Co-ordinate the distribution of quality marketing and promotional collateral and material
Requirements:
Singaporean or PR status
Diploma or Degree holder
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
Self-motivation and team player
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Immediate starters preferred.
