Responsibilities
1. Manage internal product, project and solutions related communications (mass e-mailers, digital posters, presentations, digital newsletters, etc.)
2. Draft scripts, design and content for internal branding videos and stakeholder demos.
3. Facilitate understanding between business users & development teams via design of solution wireframes, prototypes, skeletons & demos.
4. Create, organize & optimize content on landing pages, websites, documents and training materials, leveraging applications, tools and best practices.
5. Collaborate with different digital and communications teams to review content, prepare strategic-tactical-operational communications approaches, leverage best practices and maximize effectiveness of internal messaging to ensure maximum technology adoption.
6. Serve as marketing liaison within internal departments and team members to design – develop – execute digital marketing – promotions – communications – adoption initiatives.
7. Develop breakthrough concepts and designs for marketing collateral, presentations, graphics, infographics, direct mail, videos, advertisements (print & digital), web content, signage, etc.
8. Take charge of material layout, format, and design including typographic, photographic, illustrative, multimedia and graphic elements to be integrated into designs.
9. Develop powerful images, videos & digital assets for a variety of branding projects such as presentations, brochures, catalogues, email, direct mail and web/mobile sites.
Competencies
1. Strong capabilities in digital communications and content management.
2. Solid base in communications design across digital platforms & channels
3. Experience & exposure to solution prototyping & wireframing tools to support solution design, functionality design, use-case definition phases.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the org.
5. Experience in web design and content production is highly preferred along with working knowledge of MS Office 365 suite (word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Publisher, etc.)
6. Exposure to photo & video-editing software would be an asset.
7. Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Creative cloud along with understanding of HTML, CSS and Jira would be highly preferred.
8. Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, ProCreate, After Effects would be a significant advantage.
9. Overall understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), brand communication, digital marketing, digital content development and management.
10. Creative, UX-UI focused and CX centric skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Proficient in Japanese language (to support Japanese based clients)
• Graduate with degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in working with IT tools and applications development teams in areas relating to digital communications, content development, adoption, change management, etc.
• Certification in web designing tools & software, photo-video editing software is highly preferable.
• Orientation & credentials in change management, communications management & digital marketing is highly preferable.
