Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Responsible for market development in the Singapore , identifying potential employers, and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Track client recruitment needs, providing expert human resources consulting services.
- Collaborate with other departments to screen and recommend suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview and assessment processes to ensure candidates meet employer requirements.
- Assist employers in completing onboarding procedures and related human resources tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in market development and human resources.
- Familiarity with the Singapore job market and regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and human resources management.
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be advantage.
- If you have no prior experience, we offer training and support for you to obtain the CEI certificate.
