Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Assist QHSE Manager in day to day operation
- Maintain proper documentation related to QHSE
- Take the lead on QHSE matters, inspection and meetings
- Perform internal and external QHSE audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Identify potential risks, propose root causes analysis and preventive actions
- Provide safety awareness training to staff
- Maintain HSE documentation on shared drive
- Continuous improvement on safety issues
- Interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback
- Participant in audits for various QHSE standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality systems across hubs
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
- 2 - 3 years in handling QHSE matters
- Positive team player
- Able to work under pressure and “hands-on” personality
- Independent, positive mind-set with flexibility
- Travel between sites locally
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
