Job description:
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly
- Participate in HR projects, including but not limited to career fairs and graduate trainee programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the HR department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
