Project Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer in managing and optimizing operational functions.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage project timeline, update project status and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with departments for smooth execution of operational objectives.
  • Assist in team development and contribute to the COO Office's overall performance.
  • Stay updated on industry and peer trends and technologies to suggest operational improvements.
  • Drive new initiatives and sustainability efforts.
  • Work with partners and agencies to drive strategic projects.
  • Assist in adhoc projects


Requirement:

  • Diploma and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
