Main Accountabilities And Supporting Activities
- Business development in Singapore; acquiring new leads, converting into appointments and converting into sales and after-sales service.
- All commercial elements of the relationship with Key Accounts including supporting sales pricing, range, customer service and contract negotiations.
- Accurate submission of forecast reports including JEB Salesforce monthly including project pipeline and project reports.
- Networking and building relationships with key architects, designers and specification managers in the industry.
- Submitting annual strategy plans for Singapore via the five-year plan and Budget process
- Maintenance of a sales lead database for Singapore (Salesforce.com)
- Support and communicate with JEB/SOS regional offices to support & grow overall JEB/SOS sales in the region.
- Understand the total professional strategies and opportunities. Work alongside sales teams to analyse and segment the market, prioritising opportunities in the short / medium / long term.
- Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.
- Identify problems and find solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience of working in a high performing sales team in B2B and the building industry of at least 4-5 years and above.
- Commercial – sales/marketing experience.
- Proven delivery of sales results and proven track record.
- High-level experience in customer relationship building and sales.
- Evidence of budget control and can demonstrate financial expertise
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
