Working Hours: Rotating Shifts
Job Description:
- Assess residents’ needs on admission and on daily basis throughout their stay at NH
- Plan and implement care according to assessed needs
- Co-ordinate care with Enrolled nurses and other staff to implement nursing care plan, including serving medication, dressing, hygiene etc
- Complete required documentation
- Participate in Doctor’s rounds; carry out treatments as prescribed
- Participate in handing over/taking over as required
- Attend to medical emergencies in the ward
Job Requirements:
- Valid SNB Practising Licence
- Valid BCLS
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Displays compassion, positive and caring attitude towards residents as well as all colleagues and supervisors
