My client is the leading copper manufacturer company in Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in determining the company's sales plan and strategy and conduct market intelligence and research
- Identify and expand target customer segments and industries
- Develop pricing and business models based on client needs and prepare and submit proposals to clients
- Handle and overcome objections raised by clients, and respond and follow up on client inquiries and requests
- Respond to RFQs, tenders, RFIs, etc.
- Collate and submit sales reports and analysis
- Organize and present performance to clients and/or management
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and be responsible for accounts receivable collection and bad debt resolution
skills & experience required
You are welcome to apply if you meet the following requirements
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of sales / business development experience in concentrate copper / copper rod / scrap metal / recycling metal
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment
- Experience being a buyer & seller (trading of metals)
- Good track records in terms of sales individual contribution
