The successful candidate will report to a Business Unit's Head of Department and be responsible for all sales related administrative functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
- Provide Sales Admin support to the department
- Order processing
- Liaise with vendor & customers
- All aspects of quotation, sales orders processing, delivery order
- Inventory control functions
- Attend to customer enquiries and follow up enquires
- Assist in creating / updating all tender submission documents
- Assist in tender bidding submission
- Preparation of sales report to track renewal
- Co-ordinating and liaising with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of our operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experiences in sales & marketing or related field is required for this position
- Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
- Training will be provided.
