Senior Procurement Executive
Industry: Broadcasting Service Provider | Fly Pack Systems
Salary: $4,000 - ,$4,500 // 5 Working Days
Office Locates Between Tanah Merah / Simei / Expo MRT (Singapore)
Key experience required is raising and creating Purchase Orders.
Procurement:
- Conduct procurement and purchasing activities within the Company.
- Being aligned with financial and business concepts in the context of procurement. This includes budgeting, cost efficiency, financial analysis and risk assessment in relation to equipment purchasing, hiring and repair activities.
- Connecting with industry professionals, and service providers to gain insights, develop knowledge and strategic partnerships and managing supplier relationships.
- Control costs by identifying cost saving factors and opportunities. Optimize spending, negotiate favorable pricing terms.
- Oversee and support Executive management in negotiation of contracts and service level agreement with suppliers.
- Monitor contract compliance, address any contract disputes.
- Follow the company’s procurement processes and policies. Review and make a
- recommendation for better operational efficiency and procurement practices as required.
- Help Engineering teams to stay on top of expiring service contracts and renewal opportunities.
- Work with operations, sales and engineering department to evaluate third parties hire costs for projects, establish a baseline through the year and outline clear spending goals and alternatives.
- Liaise with Engineering and warehouse managers to understand their department’s maintenance requirements and purposes, plan forecast to ensure cost efficiency.
Operations Support:
- Conduct purchase or rental from external resources, and services/ facilities providers. Adapt strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce the costs.
- Evaluate repair schedules and costs estimate, ensure it is in line with projects requirements and maintenance budget.
- Use data analysis to help plan, prepare for and prevent future repair related problems.
Position Requirements:
- Degree or diploma specializing in supply chain management / procurement / purchasing / sourcing related.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in procurement duties.
