Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.00pm Friday : 9.30am to 6.00pm
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative duties will generally include
a) Front Desk Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone calls, enquries and deliveries and courier services. Attend to walk in students, teachers, parents, vendors, visitors of the school.
b) Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
c) Perfom administrative support such as Data entry(Finance and non-finance related)
d) Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys
e) Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents
f) Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required
g) Provide simple first aid to the injured /unwell staff, students or visitors.
h) Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
i) Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.
Job Requirement
· Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
· Preferably 3 years of experience as receptionist
· Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
· Should preferably have certified basic first aid knowledge and skill. Untrained candidate is welcome but he/she will need to obtain Standard First Aid Certificate within the first year of contract.
