Regional Partnerships Manager, Travel Insurance

Role Summary


You will be responsible for the development and growth of key Travel partnerships across APAC. You will build strong and trusted relationships with these partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities and to meet joint business objectives.

This role will cover all areas of partnership management – program implementation, strategic planning, relationship management, execution of strategic initiatives, partner performance monitoring and business development. This role will involve collaboration with Regional Consumer Lines & Digital teams as well as having an emphasis on close working relationships with Local counterparts in each of the countries that we serve.

This is a critical role within Chubb Travel as the candidate acts as the main conduit between Chubb and the partner, ensuring alignment always. This role will directly report into Head of Leisure & Business Travel Insurance, APAC.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed growth and profit targets
  • Identify opportunities with existing and new Partners to maximize growth potential
  • Meet with prospective clients, partners as needed to promote capabilities and value proposition
  • Work in cross-functional teams to ensure pitches to prospective partners are delivered effectively with clarity on the product solution
  • Maintain and manage a repository of presentations, proposals, and other key documentation
  • Work with Travel leadership to identify, develop, structure and close complex partnership deals
  • Negotiate complex agreements and all potential deal components in conjunction with broader Chubb stakeholders
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new partners post deal closure
  • Ensure delivery of our solutions to partners in accordance with their needs and objectives
  • Engage in appropriate travel to partner or local Chubb business to ensure continuity of message and execution
  • Create a regular reporting framework to both partner and Chubb with accuracy, transparency and frequency
  • Facilitate regular partner meetings to track roadmap against timelines and dependencies and review existing product performance, working to ensure deadlines are met from both sides
  • Build structure around our partnership processes including the management of a stakeholder community
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and with all applicable local laws and regulations
  • Provide support and guidance on day-to-day business and operational issues. Liaise with internal teams to expedite closure of issues and tracking of open issues
  • Provide monthly updates to management on strategy, performance and pipeline progress
  • Support in business planning and senior management reporting, as required
  • Represent Chubb at industry events and through broader networking
