As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting a full 180-degree recruitment focus without the need for business development.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job ads on platforms such as Jobstreet and LinkedIn to sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinating interviews, extending offers, and following up with candidates and employers.
- Providing career coaching and counselling to prepare jobseekers.
- Establishing and maintaining ethical and cooperative relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
