Responsibilities :
- Observe confidentiality at all times for all calls and information received during the course of work
- Attend to all call enquiries
- Ensure that the hotline is always manned durin working hours
- Clear all voice message/Whatsapp message left by calles of the hotline and respond to such message within the same day
- Make outgoing calls in response to callers who leave their numbers and request to call back.
- Ensure website have sufficient budget in the google account.
- Assist callers in resolving any general difficulties
- Direct call with specific enquiries to the relevant internal department
- Assist in other related-duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements :
- Have minimum academic qualification of at least three (3) O level passes (including English) or its equivalent
- Able to write and speak proficiently using the English Language
- Able to work proficiently using a computer and is familiar with the use of the internet
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, for example, when there is a suddenn surge of calls
- Preferably have working experience in a call centre or customer service environment
Working Hour :
5.5 day (Mon-Friday: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)
Salary Range :
Basic + Incentive range $3,000-4,000
