We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager based here in Singapore for our client, an exciting award-winning Event Marketing agency who work with international MNCs clients for all their internal and external event activations in Asia.
With offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, they are looking to expand their team further.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire book-keeping using Xero.
- Responsible for Quarterly GST reporting for Singapore office.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, forecast and cashflow analysis for management review.
- Handle day to day administrative task to ensure smooth office operations.
- Work closely with company Secretary and auditors on reporting and audit.
- Manage monthly payroll and CPF.
- Handle HR operations (office expenditures, staff induction, compensations, performance appraisals, etc)
- Plan staff developments/staff welfare and organise office events.
Your Experience:
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese (work with HK clients)
- Experience with HR administration
- Basic understanding of finance would be a PLUS.
- Prior knowledge in Xero is a MUST.
- Must be highly detail orientated and well organised.
- Highly resourceful with a high sense of responsibility
- Good time management
- Excellent communication skills
