Who are we looking for?
BlockTech is growing fast and that is why we are looking for an Office Manager for 40 hours per week starting in February 2024 when we open our brand new office.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a job in which you will be given a lot of responsibility and a diverse range of tasks.
What will you do?
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including welcoming guests; maintaining office supplies; ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office; and arranging food and drinks
- Organize company outings, drinks and trips
- Be the first point of contact for suppliers
- Answer incoming phone calls and process (e)-mails
- Create and maintain a clean, safe and pleasant working environment for all colleagues according to the company’s policies
- Support in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and welcoming colleagues from other offices, taking care of the personnel administration etc.
What do you need?
- 1+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Great multitasking and prioritisation skills
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Permanent residency or citizenship in Singapore
