- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Salary Package: Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Marketing Manager and General Manager in daily administrative tasks to ensure the coordination and functionality of marketing activities.
- Collaborating in the identification of marketing trends and key opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify target customers' needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to aid in the development of marketing strategies and plans.
- Monitoring the progress and results of marketing campaigns, gathering data to improve performance.
- Creating and delivering graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports featuring findings, statistics, and insights.
- Managing and updating social media accounts to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media, providing excellent customer service.
- Conducting data entry and analysis to support marketing initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Creative and has a good understanding of marketing principles.
